Today’s episode is with Dani Binnington, the founder of Healthy, Whole Me. Dani brings her heart and soul into the world of menopausal health, helping people with a cancer diagnosis understand what their options are. Originally from Austria but living in Surrey.
She has combined 8 years of professional and personal experience and brought it all together: “My ‘Empowered Menopause’ coaching programs, with a mix of on demand content, live classes, guest experts, events and coaching. Giving women the tools, evidence-based information and strategies of how best create a positive menopause experience for themselves.
We talk about her journey from fashion jewellery designer to Wellness warrior and how important food is in her life.
