Cook Eat Nourish Podcast

Mar 18, 2020

Ireland’s best-known cook and best-selling author who has presented nine series of her cookery programme Simply Delicious, Darina Allen joins me today.

I am privileged to interview Darina Allen, founder of Ballymaloe Cookery School in Shanagarry, East Cork.  I enjoyed every minute of my stay at Ballymaloe Cookery School back in 1997 and had a great relationship with her, returning for this interview in 2020.

"PROMISE LESS AND GIVE MORE" This is a common theme throughout our chat and something that really resonates with me.

Darina gives lots of tips, to improve the health of the nation as well as talking about some of her fabulous achievements.

Darina can be contacted on www.cookingisfun.ie
